Washing Instructions
Lightly hand wash with lukewarm, soapy water before and after each use and dry thoroughly without delay before storing. Do not soak and avoid storing in damp or humid conditions. Never put in microwave or dishwasher. Avoid contact with hot foods/liquids and any sharp implements that may scratch the enamel surface. Product may break if dropped. Regularly re-condition the wood surface with a food-safe mineral or grapeseed oil to help prolong its life.

SPLIT DELIVERIES & MULTIPLE CONSIGNMENTS

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Harris Scarfe locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

Eligible Change of Mind Returns may be returned in store for free, or with Australia Post via Return Portal here for a fee of $13.10.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Harris Scarfe store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 304 505.
